Tai massage

A relaxing and rejuvenating experience

Thai massage is an authentic healing art and unique form of body therapy rooted in yoga, meditation, Ayurvedic medicine and the Buddhist precept of loving kindness. It is a form of Indian Ayurvedic therapy that was introduced in Thailand by an Indian surgeon, healer, Yogy & Ayurvedic doctor (Jivaka Kumar Bhaccha) about 2500 years ago.

Thai massage combines YOGA, SHIATSU and ACUPRESSURE among others, but its main focus is on active thumbing and palming of the Sen “energy” lines.

Thai massage therapist applies gentle pressure and compression as well as stretching the muscles, using hands, feet and elbows, to free tension stored in the recipient's body, stimulate internal orgasm, relax tense muscles and to calm the nervous system.

It is a dynamic form of Yoga for the practitioner and the recipient, and an easy way of obtaining all the benefits of Yoga without doing it yourself…
